Cancellations/rescheduling

I understand life happens and you may need to cancel or change an appointment. 24 hours advance notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice a 25% cancellation fee will be due prior to rescheduling. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment a fee equal to 50% of the service will be required to book another appointment.

I want you to love your hair! If you are having trouble with your cut or color let me know within 7 days and I will be happy to make adjustments at no additional charge.

Retail exchanges

Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, let's find something better for you! Exchanges at full retail credit are accepted as long as you notify me within 3 weeks of initial purchase.
